here's the making of our ballet fitness video.and also our mcdo treat for ourselves (ginutom ako dun... i swear. one day of stretching, calf and pole raising, twisting.. ugh!) the venue's at pcmc... and we did the exercises on the FLOOR! and the people seeing us were like...hmmm
FYI, we are the first batch of ballet fitness studes in UP... BF's a preparatory course for ballet.. and yey at last.. pos na!
come on... lets take ballet!
and ya.. we chance upon a kiddie mcdo party... kaya may mga mascots.. hehe
